The "End of All Things" is a name commonly refered to by many alien races in to Mrs.E. That this name more commonly comes from her enemies may well mean something, but they often refer to a prophecy that points to Mrs. E destroying reality, though the means of this are never quite. agreed upon. Mrs. E openly scoffs at the idea that she coould be responsible for the end of everything, yet it is a prophecy that continues to haunt her, in any incarnation.
